How to make Easter Lily corsages Craft time: 30 mins
created by designer Anne Harada
I made these corsages using the Sunrise Lily Collection this week! I really had no idea if this was going to be an easy project or not, but once I had all my materials ready, they literally took less than half an hour to assemble both of them!
Instructions
1. Stamp the Sunrise Lily Cling Stamp Set twice with Hello Honey Ink onto white cardstock and die cut with coordinating die. Repeat using Rouge Ink.
2. Die cut stamens from brown, pink and yellow cardstock.
3. Lightly sponge Daffodil Delight Ink and Rouge Ink onto the lily petals.
4. Add further dimension to the pink lilies by sponging the tips with Berrylicious Ink. Sponge Grass Green Viva Decor 3D Stamp Paint onto the leaves that you get from die cutting the lilies. Assemble the lilies and stamens according to the instructions in the above demo.
5. Begin the assembly of each corsage by gluing together two of the small lilies to a large lily at their bases to form a cluster.
6. Cut a 7" x 4" piece of tulle fabric and gather it accordion-fold style and secure with wire to a craft stick. Layer a couple of the bead sprays and/or the glitter leaf spray over the tulle securing them with the wire.
7. Next, adhere a lily cluster over the sprays. Glue leaves behind the lilies.
8. Create a bow and tuck under the lily and adhere securely with hot glue. Trim the craft stick down to approximately 2" or enough so that it is hidden by the corsage flowers.
9. Hot glue the jewelry pin blank to the back of the corsage. Add Icicle Stickles to the petals and the stamens.
I had some small craft sticks (or are those coffee stirrers??) that I used as my base. I hot glued some gathered tulle fabric onto the sticks, then added my flowers, tucked in the leaves, sprays and ribbon.  No real plan, just sort of followed some googled photos of corsages that I found to get the design somewhat realistic!  Once the corsage was assembled, I turned it over and hot glued a jewelry pin blank to the stick so they could be pinned on your favorite Mom, Easter Date, etc.!
So this turned out to be much easier than I expected and now I have plenty of lilies left over to make several more to give away as gifts! I'm also thinking it's a fun way to use up some of the other leftover Heartfelt flowers I have waiting to be used on a project!!  "Bonus!"
